Leadshine

Leadshine manufactures motion control components, including stepper motors and drives, closed loop stepper systems, servo drives, controllers and remote I/O. A supply request should identify the complete part number: products in the same family may differ in power supply, interface and motor connections.

Stepper drives and motors

The official range includes DM, EM and EM2RS drives. Check the motor current, phase count, supply voltage and control signals for the particular model. For pulse controlled equipment, include the wiring diagram and microstep settings. Matching enclosure dimensions does not establish electrical compatibility.

Closed loop stepper systems

Relevant families include CS and CS2RS drives and CS-M motors. Specify whether the request concerns a drive, a motor or a matched system. Encoder type, feedback cable, connectors and pin assignments are essential for replacement; a motor with an encoder is not automatically compatible with an existing drive.

Servo products

Leadshine lists EL7 and EL8 servo drives and iSV integrated servo motors. Provide the power rating, supply, control interface, complete motor code and brake requirements. For older versions, availability and possible replacements require a separate check; family names alone do not establish compatibility across generations.

Controls and peripheral equipment

The catalogue also includes MC500 controllers, R2 remote I/O and LT2000 operator panels. Include communication protocols, signal types, project versions and connected devices. Replacing a controller or panel may require the original project and a review of software and peripheral compatibility.

Information for a supply request

Send the complete model, quantity and clear nameplate and connector photographs. For cables, specify length and both connected devices. For motors, include mounting dimensions, shaft and brake information. Supply feasibility, configuration, price and lead time are confirmed after reviewing the specific item.
