This is especially relevant for crushing complexes: replacing blow bars on an HPI or APK rotor is a scheduled operation every 500–3,000 hours. It cannot be postponed.

Customs and logistics — our area of responsibility

HAZEMAG equipment falls under the category of industrial machinery with special customs clearance requirements (HS code 8474). We handle all documentation preparation, declaration, and cargo escort to the customer's warehouse.

HAZEMAG maintenance: delivery lead times

Stock items (standard assemblies, bearings, seals) — 3–7 business days. Custom-order items (blow bars, impact plates, liners for specific sizes) — 30–60 business days. We work from drawing numbers, photos of worn parts, or nameplate markings.

Selection without a public catalog — our specialty. HAZEMAG does not disclose part numbers publicly. SpareX works with identification by drawing number, photo of the worn part, machine serial number, and size — exactly as it happens in practice when servicing crushing plants.

Wear-specific requirements are accounted for at supply. For the same APK model, the correct blow bar material (Mn13 for limestone, Cr26–28 for abrasives, bimetal or MMC ceramic for extreme conditions) makes the difference between 500 and 3000 hours of service interval. We supply with alloy grade and hardness specified.

Sanction replacement without quality loss. Official HAZEMAG supplies to Russia ceased in 2022 — former dealer warehouses are empty, grey imports from Europe carry a 150–300% markup and lead times of up to 12 months. SpareX provides compatible solutions with incoming inspection of geometry and chemical composition, within reasonable timeframes and with a full customs documentation package.
