Ashcroft 1009 and 1008S Duralife Stainless Steel Pressure Gauges

Ashcroft 1009 Duralife pressure gauges are engineered for demanding industrial environments, hydraulic power units, pump stations, and severe pulsating service.

The patented PowerFlex movement suspension system combined with an all-welded 316L stainless steel pressure system ensures superior resistance to mechanical shock and vibration. Available in dial sizes of 63 mm (2.5") and 100 mm (3.5"), these gauges support liquid fill (glycerin or silicone).

Model 1008S provides an economical 304 SS case with standard NPT, BSPP, or metric threads.

Models 1279 and 1379 feature a Solid Front case design: a solid integral baffle wall separates the measuring system from the front dial, while the entire rear cover acts as a Blowout Back relief mechanism.

We configure 4.5" (115 mm) instruments in phenolic (1279) or aluminum cases (1379) with MicroSpan zero adjustment and Bourdon tubes in Monel 400 or alloy steel.

Featuring all-stainless steel construction in 100 mm and 160 mm dial sizes, model T5500 is an open-front design, while model T6500 complies with safety category S3, providing a solid baffle wall and blowout back. Available dry or liquid-filled with silicone/glycerin for severe pulsating flow.

The flagship Ashcroft G2 heavy industrial transmitter utilizes CVD polysilicon thin-film sensor technology deposited directly onto a 17-4PH or 316L stainless steel diaphragm, eliminating internal oil fills.

We supply G2 transmitters for hydraulics and compressors, model GC35 with integrated LED display, and explosion-proof A2X (ATEX Ex d IIC).

We supply watertight NEMA 4X / IP66 enclosures (B400) and explosion-proof NEMA 7/9 / ATEX Ex d housings (B700) with SPDT or DPDT contacts.

Ashcroft diaphragm seals isolate pressure gauges, transmitters, and switches from aggressive, viscous, crystallizing, hot, or toxic process fluids. The seal transmits line pressure through a flexible metallic or polymer diaphragm via an incompressible, degassed fill fluid.

We supply threaded (Types 100, 101) and flanged diaphragm seals (Types 201, 300) in 316L SS, Hastelloy C-276, Tantalum, or PTFE with vacuum fill in silicone, glycerin, or oxygen-safe Halocarbon.

• Working pressure: from 0...0.5 bar up to 0...690 bar (10,000 psi) depending on flange rating.

Ashcroft EI, EL, and CI series bimetal dial thermometers provide direct local temperature measurement in pipelines, tanks, boilers, and industrial vessels. Utilizing a silicone-damped bimetallic coil, these instruments eliminate pointer flutter caused by piping vibrations.

Built with hermetically sealed 304 stainless steel cases in 2", 3", and 5" dial diameters with IP66 protection. The Everyangle configuration allows 360-degree rotation and 180-degree tilt. We supply stems up to 600 mm and ASME PTC 19.3 TW thermowells.
