KNOLL KTSV Dosing and Viscous Media Screw Pumps

KNOLL TSC Shredder Coolant Pumps
KNOLL TSC shredder pumps feature an integrated mechanical cutting system to reduce long stringy aluminum chips. The pumps transport chip-laden cooling lubricant directly to central filtration plants without secondary chip reducers. Replacement cutting blades, impellers, and seals are available.

KNOLL MicroPur Superfine Coolant Filter Systems

KNOLL KTS positive displacement screw pumps are engineered for continuous delivery of cooling lubricants (neat cutting oils, water-soluble emulsions) at operating pressures up to 150 bar to machine tool cutting edges.
The pump assembly comprises a hardened driving screw intermeshed with two rotating counter screws inside a close-tolerance ceramic housing. Ceramic liners and high-alloy tool steel spindles resist abrasive wear from ultrafine metal fines.
KTS pumps are configured as vertical immersion units mounted on coolant tank covers or as horizontal foot-mounted units with direct motor couplings for high-speed machining centers.
