The continuous upward flow of product along the vessel perimeter combined with gravity-driven central descent provides uniform three-dimensional turnover with zero dead zones.

Operating under deep vacuum, the unit lowers solvent vaporization temperatures to preserve delicate active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Vessels and contact surfaces are engineered from AISI 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C-22, or Titanium with electropolished surfaces under Ra 0.2 microns.

Sanidry Sanitary Paddle Dryers for High-Viscosity Pastes

The Sanidry SHV series horizontal paddle dryer is purpose-built for thermal drying of moist cakes, slurries, and sticky pastes discharged from centrifuges or pressure filters.

The heated rotor features engineered paddles running with minimal wall clearance to prevent crust formation and scale accumulation on the shell. High-speed lump breakers (choppers) disintegrate agglomerates during drying to ensure consistent final particle size distribution.

Bachiller FNB-S agitated Nutsche filter dryers integrate four critical operations within a single sanitary pressure vessel: pressurized slurry filtration up to 6 bar, cake washing by displacement or resuspension, contact vacuum drying, and automated dust-free discharge.

The two-blade agitator moves vertically via hydraulic pistons to smooth the filtration cake, gently turn over solids during drying, and plow the dried product out through an automated side discharge valve without environmental or operator exposure.

BACHMIX Industrial Mixer-Reactors for Creams and Viscous Emulsions

The BACHMIX Compact and Multifunction series vacuum mixer-reactors are engineered for demanding cosmetics, creams, gels, and pharmaceutical ointments.

The vessel combines an anchor agitator with floating PTFE scrapers, counter-rotating coaxial impellers, and a high-shear bottom rotor-stator homogenizer.
