The rigid structural frame is fabricated from heavy-gauge roll-formed steel, accommodating extreme static equipment loads up to 1750 kg without frame distortion.

To prevent thermal recirculation and hotspots in blade server deployments, both front and rear doors feature an 86% open honeycomb perforation matrix. The racks seamlessly integrate with hot and cold aisle containment systems, overhead cable trays, and zero-U vertical power distribution units.

Installation and Modular Expansion of SZE2 and SZE3 Industrial Enclosures

The SZE2 and SZE3 modular enclosure platforms provide universal housing for low-voltage power distribution switchboards and process automation systems. Each enclosure is built on a 2 mm welded closed-profile skeleton with continuous 25 mm hole pitch per DIN standards.

Inter-baying hardware kits allow seamless side-by-side suite assembly while maintaining an IP55 ingress protection rating across the entire lineup. Polyurethane door gaskets and multi-point locking bars protect delicate control electronics from shopfloor dust, moisture, and vibration.
