Taian Coal Machinery and Haiwang
Taian Coal Machinery Intelligent Technology is a joint venture of Shandong Energy Equipment Manufacturing and Shandong Haiwang Industrial Group. It produces loading, mining and industrial transport equipment.
Its manufacturing heritage comes from the former Taian coal machinery plant established in 1958; that date refers to the predecessor.
Select the business direction for the plant duty
Begin a Taian Coal Machinery enquiry with the required function: quantitative bulk loading, mine hoisting, internal handling of anodes or aluminium ladles, or coal preparation. Include the site process diagram and identify the installation or upgrade area.
List existing equipment and operations before and after the new unit. Define a measurable outcome for comparing solutions, such as the working material flow, transport batch, cargo transfer method or process product requirements.
Describe normal operation and the most difficult expected condition. For loading this may involve a change of material or vehicle, for mine hoisting a different equipment load, and for preparation a change of feed properties.
These details help define a package for actual conditions rather than total plant capacity alone.
Describe the material and loading vehicles
The official range covers coal, ore, grain, sand, coke and sulphur, with loading into rail wagons, trucks, ships and containers. For the particular duty, provide bulk density, particle size distribution, moisture and dust characteristics.
Include vehicle information: cargo space geometry, permitted loading and movement arrangement. Show the buffer storage and the material route from storage to the loading point. If the station handles several materials, define the operating sequence and preparation between products.
The layout should show elevations, weighing points, maintenance access and locations for handling replacement assemblies. For an existing installation, include current drawings and actual space conditions.
For a new site, identify the interfaces that still need engineering and include them in the project responsibilities.
Choose the station arrangement and controls
Taian lists tower and silo arrangements, rail and truck loading, and ship loading systems. Select an arrangement alongside the process layout and transport organisation. State how many flows operate simultaneously, how the specified batch is formed and where completion is recorded.
Discuss auxiliary systems listed by the manufacturer, including dust suppression, lubrication, blockage clearing and material distribution. Every auxiliary unit should have a defined role in the project.
The intelligent loading control system uses PLC control, machine vision and vehicle identification. Prepare plant signal requirements, operator access rules and batch accounting needs.
Agree which devices are included, which already exist at the site and who is responsible for connecting the data interfaces.
Match cages and skips to the hoisting system
Provide the shaft, hoisting installation, guide and suspension data for a mining project. Describe the loads: coal, ore, materials, vehicles or equipment. The cage range includes single and multirope arrangements; skips serve vertical and inclined hoisting.
For upgrades, show the installed conveyance, loading and unloading points, available dimensions and records of previous changes. This information supports discussion of the complete system rather than one fabricated structure.
Assess a new conveyance and its load-bearing connections together with the shaft design and operating requirements. Define engineering approval, calculation and installation documents and acceptance procedures before finalising the package.
The site's responsible specialists should specify the required checks in the technical task.
Internal transport for an aluminium plant
Taian anode vehicles transport carbon blocks, while ladle vehicles handle vacuum aluminium ladles. Begin with the cargo unit: drawing, weight, support surfaces and handling method. Add travel distances, road condition, slopes, turning radii and doorway dimensions.
Show transfer points and existing service areas. If vehicles must work alongside current equipment, provide the traffic layout and shift organisation. These details link the proposed vehicle to the actual handling cycle.
When renewing a fleet, include information on current vehicles and why replacement is needed. Distinguish the vehicle requirement from the tooling needed for a specific load. Agree operating documents, spare components and site maintenance equipment as part of the proposed vehicle package.
Coal preparation and slurry handling
Taian offers hydraulic moving-screen jigging, flotation machines and other coal preparation units. Provide the process diagram, feed characteristics, current product yields and laboratory results.
Identify the stage to change: gangue rejection, valuable material recovery, slurry pretreatment or dewatering. For water-based processes, show the water balance, return flows and existing pump arrangements.
Describe available space and the product discharge route so that the proposal covers interfaces as well as the main unit.
Consider flotation alongside feed preparation and the process objective. Agree a test programme and quality indicators for every product when comparing alternatives.
For an operating machine, separate mechanical replacement from process setting changes; each needs a different set of input information.
Electrical and hydraulic interfaces
For an equipment package, describe the power supply, control arrangement, hydraulic infrastructure and cabinet locations. Include current drawings and a signal list for connection to existing machinery.
State requirements for local operation, remote starting, status display and coordinated stopping with adjacent units. Link hydraulic information to the actual actuators and working cycle. For an upgrade, separately list components that will remain and those to be replaced.
During technical agreement, allocate responsibility for connection and commissioning. List the documents installation and maintenance teams require: diagrams, component schedules, connection details and checking procedures.
Agreed decisions should appear in the final documentation for the installed machine.
Package scope, transport and installation
Agree the supply boundary for each functional assembly. Separate the main machine, drive, controls, auxiliary systems and spare components. Specify factory work and work at the site.
Heavy or large equipment needs installation drawings, package weights, packing details and lifting arrangements for unloading. Prepare foundations, access, utility connections and component storage before delivery.
For a package supplied in several sections, agree the assembly sequence and how completeness will be checked.
A useful equipment schedule links every item to its duty and manufacturer document. This makes offers comparable and helps identify an unresolved interface before installation.
Agree the documents needed by the installation organisation and ensure the arrangement allows maintenance access to working assemblies.
Acceptance and continuing maintenance
Define acceptance criteria in the technical specification: package contents, mechanical operation, connections, signal exchange and results on agreed material. A loading station needs an agreed check of the specified batch and operation records.
An industrial vehicle needs a route and cargo transfer check. A preparation unit needs product quality criteria and a test procedure. Acceptance for mine hoisting equipment should follow the project documents and the site's responsible engineering arrangements.
After commissioning, retain final drawings, component lists, settings and test records. Prepare a spare package linked to the installed assembly designations. These records make maintenance enquiries easier to formulate and help keep equipment identification consistent throughout operation.
Dealer status, stock availability and interchangeability without verification are not claimed. Suitability of hoisting equipment, documents, package scope, price, lead time and services are agreed for the particular machine and project.
