Wear protection and restoration materials
Haiwang lists wear resistant repair as a product area. Selecting a repair material requires substrate details, damage extent and operating conditions; a restoration plan is defined for the specific component.

Materials for equipment wear protection
Haiwang wear products include rubber, polyurethane, high alumina ceramic, silicon carbide and composites. They serve replacement internals, panels, liners and protected pipework for mineral and slurry processing.
Selection relates the material to a specific working surface, component geometry and equipment duty rather than a general material name.
Choose the material by the wear mechanism
Describe how material contacts the surface: sliding along a wall, striking a change of direction or concentrating within a restricted passage. A damage map connects liner replacement to the particular area of the process unit.
State particle size, shape and hardness, solids content and flow speed. New units benefit from feed properties and a process diagram; repair enquiries need surface photographs and the actual period that the component has operated.
Compare material and construction together. Protective layer thickness, support and fixing method influence component performance, so a rubber, polyurethane or ceramic name should accompany the drawing and a description of slurry contact conditions.
Define chemistry and temperature conditions
List reagents, concentrations and temperature during normal operation. Identify washing, start-up and possible short excursions separately so the selected version accounts for the full operating cycle of the liner or replacement component.
The chemical description matters together with solids content and contact duration. Pipe lining enquiries need solution composition; replacement equipment internals also require abrasive loading details and the cleaning procedures used during service.
For replacement of an existing material, include its designation and documents. If failure involves swelling, cracking or separation from the substrate, retain a sample and photographs taken before the damaged surface was cleaned.
HELICON rubber for replacement components
HELICON is used in Haiwang rubber products and liners. Component selection requires the unit, surface geometry and load type, together with the interfaces to a steel body, fixing arrangement or neighbouring liner pieces.
In a cyclone, the internal profile and dimensions of the inlet, cone and outlet components matter. Sheet protection requires area, thickness, joint positions and attachment method to cover the full surface in the component list.
If a product combines rubber with steel or ceramic, show its layer construction and attachments. Overall panel dimensions should include the rigid backing geometry, hole positions and load direction on the working surface.
Moulded polyurethane parts and screen panels
Provide the HW-PU component drawing, fit dimensions and contact medium. Polyurethane parts are selected for a particular shape and duty; the working surface, attachment and supports should be considered as one component construction.
For a screen panel, state aperture, rib thickness and working area from the original drawing. Include edges, projections and underside attachments that locate the panel on the support structure of the existing screen.
Pipe or equipment liners require substrate geometry and the permitted internal passage after installation. Keep layer thickness and requirements for ends, joints and transitions between protected sections visible on the relevant drawing.
HW-AC ceramic and HW-NM silicon carbide
Ceramic and silicon carbide components require geometry, thickness and seating surfaces. Show the complete unit: flow entry, particle impact areas, body and neighbouring pieces that provide support or receive loads during assembly.
Cyclone spigot enquiries need passage diameters, length and fixing method. Pipe and launder lining drawings should show segment positions, joints and coating edges so individual elements can be coordinated to the protected surface.
Distinguish sliding abrasion from impact by large inclusions in the duty description. Include start-ups, shutdowns and temperature changes; repair enquiries also need photographs of chips, cracks and the substrate of the removed component.
KM composites and protective layers
The official range presents KM composites for lining and protection of worn surfaces. Give the substrate material, protected area dimensions and the flow pattern through that area when defining a new project or repair.
Describe pipes, bends, tees and launders as separate positions. Local wear maps are useful at changes of direction and transitions, where loading differs from a straight section that operates in the same process line.
Show existing substrate preparation, access for work and connections to neighbouring surfaces. For repair, record remaining thickness and unit geometry to distinguish restoration of the substrate from installation of the protective layer.
Lined pipelines in the process circuit
Specify internal and external diameters, length and connection type for each pipe section. Include lining, body thickness and orientation on the layout; bends additionally require their radius and angle to define the actual shape.
Show flanges, attachments and transitions between materials separately. Coordinate the passage at joints after installation: matching external connections alone does not describe the internal profile of a line that transports abrasive slurry.
Add normal pressure, temperature, mixture composition and flow. Identify accumulation points and the washing sequence so the lining selection addresses the actual transport conditions rather than only the dimensions of the pipe section.
Replacement screen panels and support surfaces
Select a panel using the screen model, position and attachment arrangement. Photograph both sides of the removed panel, measure the section and identify working, edge and closing elements within the existing screen layout.
State aperture shape and open area alongside aperture size. Existing panel parameters and feed properties, including oversize inclusions and washing conditions, provide the information needed to define a replacement component for the duty.
If an edge or support point is damaged, include photographs of the fixings and underside structure. Working material replacement may be only part of the requirement; the repair list should cover mating components as well.
Replaceable liner or surface restoration
Inspection starts with the substrate and damage boundaries. Record remaining thickness, cracks and fixing condition; photographs after dismantling help identify components that participate in the repair alongside the working wear protection layer.
A replacement component needs confirmed geometry and fits. Surface restoration needs a substrate description and access conditions; compare these approaches using the specific unit and the intended result of the agreed repair work.
Separate cleaning, measurements, replaceable components and assembly checks in the list. For equipment with multiple layers, show every layer and adjacent areas so the technical review covers the construction of the complete protected unit.
Preparing a Haiwang wear material enquiry
Send the unit model, component reference, drawing and photographs. Sheet materials need area and thickness; a replacement component needs passage, fit and attachment dimensions together with the quantity of identical pieces required.
Add medium composition, temperature, pressure and particle properties. Repair work needs operating duration, wear pattern and process changes, while a new installation benefits from the process diagram and the proposed mounting layout.
Specify whether the requirement is a finished component, liner set, pipe section or surface protection material. This links the material grade to the intended item and allows the complete supply scope to be checked.
Dealer status, availability, price, lead time, certificates and service life require confirmation for the particular order. Compatibility, chemical resistance and material properties are checked for the agreed component and duty.
